As the trial continues, a prosecutor has spoken about an alleged sex act Combs coerced Cassie into
As the trial of Diddy unfolds, a prosecutor has asserted that the rapper compelled his former partner, Cassie, to engage in a disturbing “freak-off” involving the act of urine consumption.
Sean Combs, known professionally as Diddy, was indicted by a grand jury following his September arrest at Manhattan’s Park Hyatt hotel.
The 55-year-old has remained incarcerated since, with observers noting the gradual graying of his hair over the eight months behind bars.
During today’s court proceedings, prosecutor Emily A. Johnson recounted how Cassandra Ventura—better known by her stage name Cassie—participated in one particular freak-off out of her love for Combs.
Johnson addressed the jury: “She understood it was something she did not wish to endure.”
She then described a harrowing moment where Cassie felt as if she was choking after Combs allegedly forced an escort to urinate into her mouth.

Prosecutor Johnson revealed that Cassie has expressed a willingness to testify before the jury regarding the disturbing allegations. It is claimed that Combs coerced her into engaging in sexual acts with male escorts while he simultaneously gratified himself and recorded the encounter on video.
The 38-year-old singer and Combs shared an on-again, off-again relationship spanning over a decade, officially becoming a couple in 2007 after two years of professional collaboration.
Cassie was only 19 when she was signed by Combs, then 37, who is the founder of the record label Bad Boy Records.

UNILAD
Yet, by October 2018, the couple severed ties permanently amid allegations that Combs had sexually assaulted Cassie that same year. Remarkably, just a day after she accused him of rape and sex trafficking, the two reached a settlement.
Combs now faces charges of racketeering and sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion—allegations he steadfastly denies.
The indictment asserts that Combs and his associates exploited the clout and influence of his business empire to intimidate, threaten, and ensnare female victims into his sphere, often under the guise of romantic entanglement.

According to the indictment, with the “assistance of members and associates,” Combs allegedly transported commercial sex workers across state and international borders. The document further claims he employed force, threats, and coercion to compel victims into prolonged sexual acts with male escorts—referred to by Combs as “freak offs” among other terms.
