Nostradamus And Blind Mystic Baba Vanga Both Made The Same Bone-Chilling Predictions For 2025

As 2025 approaches, some of you might be thinking about what New Year’s resolutions to set. But maybe you should think twice if these predictions turn out to be true.

As 2024 wraps up, the past seems to come alive again with the eerie prophecies of two of history’s most enigmatic figures, Baba Vanga and Nostradamus. Their predictions are both fascinating and frightening, capturing the attention of many.

People have been talking about the insights of these legendary seers for years, no matter what they believe.

Baba Vanga, a blind Bulgarian mystic whose real name was Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova, passed away in 1996, but she is said to have made predictions that were about 85% accurate.

According to The Economic Times, some of her predictions included the 9/11 attacks, the death of Princess Diana, and Barack Obama becoming president.

Her ability to predict events has had a huge impact and has made her a well-known figure in the world of prophecy, with forecasts that stretch over the next three thousand years (you can find those predictions at the bottom of the page if you’re curious).

Also, there’s Nostradamus, a French astronomer from the 1500s, who wrote down his visions in the puzzling four-line poems found in his book, Les Prophéties, which came out in 1555.

People still look at his work today, believing that he predicted major events like Hitler’s rise to power, the assassination of President Kennedy, and the attacks on September 11.

Unnerving Predictions for 2025

Both prophets believe that 2025 is going to be a really important year that will have big effects around the world.

Nostradamus thinks a dark cult will gain power and that there will be an empire under the sea.

On the other hand, Baba Vanga sees the possibility of telepathy being developed, which could change how we think about what humans can do in the future.

However, their predictions also sound a bit scary, hinting at more than just wars.

Both foretell a catastrophic battle in Europe, with Nostradamus characterizing it as the result of “cruel wars” and inexplicably adding, “The ancient plague will be worse than enemies.”

Additionally, Baba Vanga forebodingly asserts that this fight will “devastate” communities, which sets a grim tone for the foreseeable future and makes me wonder if I should really spend the money on my Neil Diamond calendar each year.

Oh, and if that’s not enough to keep you up at night, Nostradamus also writes of an asteroid coming to Earth: “From the cosmos, a fireball will rise, A harbinger of fate, the world pleads. Science and fate in a cosmic dance: The fate of the Earth, a second chance.”

A Glimmer of Hope and Extraterrestrial Intrigue

There are signs of optimism even with the scary forecasts.

Sky History mentions that Nostradamus hints at a possible end to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, suggesting that both sides might become too tired to keep fighting. He also thinks that countries like France or Turkey could step in to help make peace.

In a more unusual twist, both prophets talk about the chance of contact with aliens; Baba Vanga even claims that extraterrestrials might appear during a big sports event.

However, as I mentioned earlier, Baba Vanga passed away believing that humanity would last for 3,056 years, and honestly, things don’t seem to be going too well with the idea of aliens.

Who was Baba Vanga?

According to the Mirror, Baba Vanga is known as the “Nostradamus of the Balkans” and her 85% accuracy rate is said to still give people chills as her prophecies come true after she is gone.

When she turned twelve, a storm is believed to have made her blind, showing off her magical abilities.

But what predictions has the mystic made that have actually come true in the past?

The 9/11 terror attacks

In 1989, she ominously predicted: “Horror, Horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds.” The chilling reference to “steel birds” could be interpreted as the hijacked planes used by Al-Qaeda in the devastating 9/11 attacks in 2001.

The sinking of the Kursk

Baba had a scary dream in 1980 about Kursk, Russia, where she saw it “underwater, and everyone in the world would cry about it.” Her prediction came true when a nuclear submarine sank near Kursk in August 2000, resulting in the deaths of 188 crew members.

It makes sense that you might want to worry about the next three thousand years or more now that those terrifying forecasts have come true. Here’s how she see the next three millennia developing, from The New York Post:

2025: A conflict in Europe will devastate the continent’s population.

2028: Humans will begin to explore Venus as an energy source.

2033: The polar ice caps will melt, raising sea levels to drastic heights worldwide.

2076: Communism will spread to countries across the world.

2130: Humans will make alien contact.

2170: A drought will devastate much of the world.

3005: Earth will go to war with a civilization on Mars.

3797: Humans will have to vacate the Earth because it’s become uninhabitable.

5079: The world will end.

Guys, I won’t lie. I’m terrified. However, I don’t intend to be alive in 5079.
