‘Most beautiful twins in the world’ are now stunning young teens

In 2017, Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements turned 7 years old and marked the occasion by starting an Instagram account. To everyone’s surprise, it quickly gained tons of followers who were amazed by how beautiful they are.

Now that they are 14, these girls from California are often called the “most beautiful twins in the world” and have become well-known child models, with a story that’s just as interesting as their stunning looks.

It all started when Jaqi Clements, their mom, began sharing photos of her identical twin daughters, Leah and Ava, on social media. At first, it was just a way to keep friends and family updated. But soon, people online noticed their incredible beauty, and the account started to grow.

Their natural charm and good looks caught the attention of many, leading modeling agencies and brands to reach out to them. What started as a simple Instagram account transformed into a major platform that changed their lives forever.

“Instagram was something that I hadn’t used much before starting an account for the girls,” the mom of three writes in a blog post. “If you would have asked me 6 months ago if 300,000 followers was a lot…I wouldn’t have had a clue.”

The twins currently boast nearly 3 million followers on Instagram and Facebook. They have also teamed up with big-name brands like Nike, Disney, and Target, which really shows that they are among the best child models out there.

Criticism

The Clements family, despite their glamorous lifestyle, received a lot of criticism from people who wondered why the parents let Leah and Ava start modeling when they were so young.

Jaqi stood up for her decision, saying that modeling was the twins’ dream and not something forced on them. She pointed out that she and her husband, Kevin, weren’t making money from their daughters’ modeling; instead, they were actually giving up their own money to help the girls chase their passion.

Responding to the attacks, Jaqi writes, “I didn’t decide that my girls were going to start modeling, they did. And if the day ever comes that they want to move on to something else, I will 100% support their decision to do that.”

Lifeline

The family first thought of social media as a way to show off the modeling adventures of the siblings. However, in October 2019, the Clements twins’ Instagram account, which had already attracted millions of followers because of their modeling achievements, turned into a crucial support system for their dad.

The family’s world changed suddenly when Kevin, a father of three and the swim coach at a nearby high school, started to feel what he believed was just a little cold.

At 39 years old, Kevin received a shocking diagnosis of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, which is a rare and very serious type of cancer.

Wanting to make a difference, the twins decided to use social media to reach out to their millions of followers, hoping to find someone who could be a match for their dad’s crucial bone marrow transplant.

“If he gets a transplant, his cancer will go away quicker,” Ava told People in 2019.

Leah added, “People are so sweet to want to help my dad. The more people that get tested the better.

Thousands of people around the country responded to the twin’s pleas to help their dad, and though Kevin found a match in his brother Chris, the followers who offered their support were added to a national registry to help other patients.

More than pretty faces

Ava and Leah are now fantastic 14-year-olds who continue to model and engage with their increasing fan base. Their journey from local models to international sensations highlights their dedication, natural charisma, and the solid backing from their family.

Balancing their thriving modeling careers with school, family, and advocacy work, Leah and Ava have proven they are more than just pretty faces – they motivate many people. As they keep evolving, everyone is eager to see what these amazing young stars will achieve next.
