“What was the craziest I could get?”
Ana de Armas has shared that her upcoming movie with Sydney Sweeney features a wild love triangle.
Ron Howard, the director of A Beautiful Mind, just released his new movie at the Toronto International Film Festival this past weekend, and the amazing cast is already making a lot of excitement!
Eden features not just Ana de Armas and Sydney Sweeney, but also includes Jude Law, Vanessa Kirby, and Daniel Bruhl.
The movie takes place in the Galápagos Islands during the 1930s and is known as a thrilling survival story.
In a chat with Vanity Fair, de Armas shared details about her character, ‘The Baroness,’ who gets caught up in some crazy relationships.
“I got a little scared, and I told [Ron] I was nervous because it was really out there,” she told the outlet.
“He was very supportive and excited. There was no question I wanted to do it. I wanted the challenge.”
The actress explained, “Being in this wild threesome relationship is really intense. I’m like a woman of contrasts—sometimes I’m really sweet, gentle, and a bit anxious, while other times I can be totally wild and unpredictable.”
“It was kind of finding that limit: What was the craziest I could get? How far could I go?”
The actress said that one scene in the movie was the “scariest thing [she’s] ever done.” It includes “some fun with food,” plus singing and some action.
“It was kind of like a chess game. We spent three days shooting that.”
For those who want to see what the intriguing film is all about, you may have to wait some time.
The movie had its first showing on September 7 at the Toronto International Film Festival, but it still doesn’t have a release date for the UK.
